Founded in May 2016 by Chef Paul Moisson and Ece Ünsal, L'apéro was the first restaurant in Kaş to combine a full dining experience with a dedicated cocktail bar. At a time when the local culinary scene was largely centered around traditional taverns and kebab restaurants, L'apéro set out to introduce a new gastronomic perspective, bringing the flavors of the world to Kaş and enriching the town's dining culture. For the past ten years, it has continued this journey with unwavering dedication and consistency.

Beyond the timeless classics of French and Mediterranean cuisine, L'apéro offers carefully crafted cocktails and an extensive wine collection, creating a thoughtfully curated experience for guests from beginning to end. Every detail is designed to celebrate the harmony of exceptional food, fine drinks, and genuine hospitality.

L'apéro has also played a significant role in shaping Kaş's cultural and social life. For the past decade, it has brought a unique energy to the town through jazz concerts, recitals, themed parties, and its beloved "L'apéro Costume Festival," held twice each year.

Ten years ago, Paul and Ece moved from New York to Kaş and brought L'apéro to life with great enthusiasm. Through dedication, passion, and hard work, the restaurant has grown into what it is today. Without ever compromising its standards of quality, L'apéro continues to evolve and offer the very best to its guests.
